During session I fell asleep and had most beautiful sleep in last 20 years, I was flying over Himalayas, and craig after session is over asks me again and I reply again with politeness so he doesn't feel offended.
Two points before I share my story because that's how how Met Craig. 1. I go to Mcleodganj ( Home of Dalai Lama) every summer 2. I met with an accident 35 years back which left my ankle frozen to 60% mobility, despite all physiotherapies it didn't improve.
Rather, it would be extremely painful if I slept or sat for long. summer, I was in Mcleodganj again and walking my usual style, Craig Daly was also staying at same place The Unmad Home Stay, he saw me walking and asked if I would like to share my pain and problem which I duly shared, He said would you mind if I try to heal you ? and I was like ' OK, you want to try too".the next day he did a small Reiki session with me and asked if I was feeling any different, I actually was feeling the same but trying to be polite I said "yes, i little bit".
We met again and there was another session and same question and same polite reply. Aparna , who is co-host at this Home stay is a big time believer and since I respect her a lot I agreed to what Craig was doing because I don't have any faith in these alternative medicine practices. Then comes the day when Craig is returning home and asks if I mind to go for full session, and we go for a full session, during session I fell asleep and had most beautiful sleep in last 20 years, I was flying over Himalayas, and craig after session is over asks me again and I reply again with politeness so he doesn't feel offended. Now Craig is gone, and I am walking, day 1...day2.....day 7 and my wife randomly asks me how is your ankle ? and that's a Deja vu moment for me, I realise all of a sudden that I have been able to walk 10 kilometers in mountain, trek some arduous areas "WITHOUT ANY PAIN" and I tell my wife and Aparna and Craig what a magical feeling this is.This was 2 months back, I am back to my work, walking 14000 steps, sitting and sleeping long and when I start again....No Pain...absolutely No Pain.

I had the privilege of sitting in a men’s work circle facilitated by Craig Daly while I was in Dharamkot, near Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj, in July 2026.
We hiked up into the woods together and found a beautiful, quiet spot among the trees and prayer flags. Over the course of around two hours, Craig held a deeply grounded and meaningful space that wove together sharing, reflection, Qigong, breathwork, body awareness, and subtle energy-based work.
What stood out to me was the simplicity and sincerity of the container. It did not feel performative or overly structured. It felt real, human, honest, and held with care. The circle gave us space as men to slow down, speak openly, listen deeply, and touch into parts of ourselves that often remain unspoken.
